Terms of Service

Plumm is for users 18 years of age or older only. By creating an account or using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. We may request age verification and suspend accounts we reasonably believe belong to a minor.

Every character on Plumm is a fictional AI persona generated and driven by machine-learning models. Nothing a character says is the statement of a real person, a licensed professional, or Plumm. Characters do not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and outputs should not be relied on as such. If you are in crisis, contact a local emergency service or a crisis hotline.

You agree not to use Plumm to:

• Generate or attempt to generate content depicting minors in any sexual or suggestive context.
• Generate content depicting real, identifiable people without consent (including deepfake-style impersonation).
• Harass, threaten, or defraud another person.
• Violate any applicable law, or circumvent content, age, or usage safeguards.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the underlying models or service.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Certain features (messages, media generation, character actions) consume tokens purchased individually or granted via a subscription plan. Prices, token costs, and plan features are shown at time of purchase and may change going forward; changes do not affect tokens already granted. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Purchased tokens are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. Contact support if you believe you were charged in error.

You retain ownership of the messages and prompts you submit. By submitting them you grant Plumm a license to process, store, and use that input (including via third-party model providers) solely to operate and improve the service. Generated outputs are provided for your personal, non-commercial use; we do not guarantee outputs are unique or free of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, to comply with law, or to protect the service and its users. You may delete your account at any time from settings; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data after deletion.

Plumm is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable; use your judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumm and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid Plumm in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
